Bhagat Singh & I, we are students (and teachers) of Kundalini Yoga and Karam Kriya; a lineage that is deeply embedded with the practice of sacred sound current. The technology of the mantra lies within the practice of Jappa; that is repeating the mantras in a certain manner that involves the navel, heart, throat and the tip of the tongue that communicates with the hormonal glands and changes the chemistry of the brain. Bringing in the devotion of our hearts in the chanting, it elevates the state of consciousness of the individual and the group.We are grateful that the Health & Healing Studio is opening the door for our first Chanting Circle event. You are most welcome to bring family and friends with you of all ages (including children) for this gathering of community to chant and elevate. Yes, that means you participate with your voice and your heart when you feel to magnify the vibration!
Bring any musical instrument you want to play with.
