At BYLC, we believe that personal well-being is foundational to impactful leadership. Beyond growing leadership skills and career readiness, we champion the pursuit of healthy living as a cornerstone of personal and collective transformation.Since its inception in 2018, the BYLC Run has been a platform for youth and communities to unite for meaningful causes. This year, we are excited to introduce the 7.5K 𝐁𝐘𝐋𝐂 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, centered around the theme "𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡."
Bangladesh is on a journey of remarkable progress, but the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related health issues threatens to undermine its potential. By addressing these challenges, we can unlock a healthier, more resilient nation. With a focus on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3—Good Health and Well-being—this year’s event emphasizes the connection between individual health and the nation’s prosperity.
Through this initiative, we aim to inspire citizens to prioritize fitness, adopt healthier habits, and recognize their role in building a healthier Bangladesh. Together, let’s take strides toward a healthier future—because when we transform our health, we transform our nation.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Only the registered runners will be allowed to participate in the run on February 8, 2025
• Anyone physically fit and able to run 7.5 kilometers, regardless of age, gender, or nationality, can register for the run.
• Runners must report at the venue by 5:00 am
• The cut-off time to complete the run is 75 minutes
• Only those runners who complete the run within 75 minutes will get a medal along with the e-certificate
