The Mission Conference is the annual youth gathering organized by the YGF Ministry. This year’s theme, “New Waves” (Isaiah 43:19), invites us to seek what the Lord is preparing for us in this new season. We eagerly anticipate a deeply enriching experience, including worship, fasting and prayer, quiet time and meditation, powerful messages, and mission-focused teachings. In addition, the conference will offer a workshop covering a variety of interactive topics, alongside numerous engaging activities specifically designed for youth.
Since 2012, the Mission Conference has welcomed participants from a wide array of churches, colleges, and universities. As we approach Mission Conference 2025, we are excited and look forward to a blessed and impactful time together.

Registration Fee:
Special Discount Registration (Deadline: November 30, 2024)

T-shirt Purchase Options
- Standard Price: 300 BDT per piece
- Discounted Price for Mission Conference Participants: 250 BDT per piece (available only if payment is made during registration).
- Participants may also purchase a T-shirt during the conference at the standard price of 300 BDT per piece if it is not reserved with payment at the time of registration.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Seats are limited and will be assigned on a first-registered, first-served basis. If you plan to attend, please register as soon as possible.
2. All participants must confirm registration by January 20, 2025. Registration is incomplete without payment. Fees must be paid according to the rates listed in the fee chart at the time of payment. To avoid additional charges, please pay when submitting the registration form (Bkash No: 01746177995).
3. The registration fee varies from 450 to 750 BDT, based on your occupation and the registration period (early bird or final deadline). Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, BKash, or cash at one of our events; please add 10 BDT for BKash processing. Early bird discounts are available as outlined in the registration chart.
4. For BKash or Bank Transfer payments, please include "MC, [Your Full Name]" in the Reference section to confirm your registration.
5. Registration requires completing the online Google Form and paying the fee.
6. All participants are expected to arrive at the conference center by 2:00 p.m. on January 30th, 2025. Each participant is responsible for their own transportation.
7. Full participation throughout the conference is required.
8. The age requirement for participants is 16 to 30 years.

Refund policy:
- A 60% refund of the total fee will be provided for cancellations for valid reasons if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the conference. A 30% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs 20 days before the conference.
