Chakra Energy Sound Bath

The session begins with a few simple breathing exercises and some basic kundalini yoga stretches to warm the body and wake up the spine. Then participants will relax on their mats and enter a meditative state called Yoga Nidra, allowing the vibration of the gongs, bowls and chimes to flow through the body, energizing and aligning each chakra in turn.

Please bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow and eye cover, to be comfortable lying on the floor.
