Shamanic Journey with Sound and Mandala

This event is open to all experience levels. The session begins with a brief lesson on how to safely Ground, Center and Shield yourself in preparation to Journey, and what to expect in the Spirit Realm.

Let the vibration of the gong wash through the body. Then the steady beat of the drum clears the mind, helping you focus on your Intention. You will enter into a light trance state, facilitating a Journey to the Spirit Realm, where you may find allies, helpers and guides, ask questions and receive information.

After the Journey, participants will create a mandala related to their experience, and take it home with them.

Please bring a journal and something personal to place on the altar. Also bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow, and whatever you need to be comfortable lying on a wood floor.
