In this intimate group session, Hedda and Rebecca will guide you through a nurturing and safe Chakra balancing experience using 100% natural, therapeutic-grade essential oils that are specifically selected to support each Chakra including your physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing.
The session includes:
· Guided breathwork, gentle stretches and meditation tailored to Chakra alignment
· Application of essential oils to Chakra points
· A sound journey with curated tunes to enhance energetic flow
· Sharing circle in a community of like-minded people with a cup of Ningxia Red.

Hedda is a passionate Yoga & Mindfulness teacher and Health & Wellbeing coach based in Fremantle. A dedicated Yogi since 2012 and certified teacher since 2019, she enjoys inspiring others and sharing the love of Yoga, meditation and essential oils in diverse settings: At gatherings like Blazing Swan, in corporate programs at Qantas or with her program ‘Minefulness’ for the Mining sector.
