Mark your calendars! The Dairyland Walkers will be hosting Chair Yoga at our April Membership Meeting, Wednesday 4/8/2026, 7 PM. Meet at Sequoya Public Library, Meeting Room A, 4340 Tokay Blvd, Madison, WI.
The meeting will begin with a short business meeting, followed by a 45 minute guided Chair Yoga session by Cathy Goehler, owner of Sunfire Yoga, LLC. Cathy has tailored a session for us walkers. Please join us for this fun event! This event is free and open to the public. Bring Friends!
Note: The library parking lot is shared with nearby businesses and can fill up. Street parking is available on Midvale Blvd on the west and Caromar Dr and Owen Dr to the east.
