I’m new to Brighton. I am therapist working with clients for over 10 years and working in mental health for over 25 years.
I’m facilitating a training course for therapists on chair work and how this can help and promote change in clients who are “stuck or have unfinished business.
This will be in August
Day one will consist of understanding the history of chair work in therapy, a demonstration of chair work and then small group work.
Day two will also primarily be small group work, focusing on developing your confidence in chair work to help clients identify, express and process the emotions that are keeping them in a stuck cycle with both internal and external conflict.
Please message or email me ([email protected]) for further details
