Join us for our inaugural CFAWL Seconds with Goat Yoga at East End Market! Our members will be joining the East End x Alaska Farms goat yoga session for a lighthearted wellness break that blends movement, mindfulness, and a whole lot of adorable chaos.
This unique experience brings together a guided outdoor yoga class with friendly baby goats who roam, nuzzle, and occasionally climb into your practice. It’s the perfect way to unwind, connect with fellow CFAWL members, and support a local Orlando favorite.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the goats, as you can skip the yoga during the first hour which is just a cuddle session, we’d love to see you there as we continue building community through shared experiences. More details regarding the event available on the ticketing website.
Every Yoga Ticket Includes:
Free early entry to the open Goat Cuddle Hour (5:00 PM – 5:45 PM)
Admission to the 30-minute Goat Yoga Session (6:00 PM)
Post-yoga photo op inside the enclosure with the goats
A drink voucher to use upstairs at The Neighbors bar right after class (open until 9:00 PM)
Class Includes: Introduction, stretches, a 30-minute Goat Yoga class, and feeding/photoshoot time inside the courtyard enclosure. After class, everyone is invited upstairs to The Neighbors to cash in their drink voucher, socialize, and keep the celebration going.
