About this Event

Activism doesn't require a megaphone, it just requires you. Come spend an evening with Central Florida Indivisible and discover what your version of making a difference looks like.

We'll explore a group activity drawn from Omkari L. Williams' Micro Activism, complete with a quiz to uncover your personal activism style. Organizer. Advocate. Storyteller. Whatever your strength, this movement has a role with your name on it.

After that, we're picking up crochet hooks for a beginner-friendly craft session, proof that community-building can be both purposeful and peaceful. Snacks and drinks provided; feel free to bring something to share, along with your own yarn and crochet needle.

New faces are just as welcome as familiar ones. Show up, get connected, get crafting, and leave with the energy and community to back it up. We can't wait to see you!
Please note: while this event is open to the community, anyone who is not respecting personal space or is harassing others will be asked to leave. This is a nonpartisan community event, everyone deserves to feel respected and safe.
