September is pediatric cancer awareness month! �
While we are so thankful that Landon is over a year cancer free, there are way too many children battling cancer and getting new diagnoses every day with very little funding going to pediatric cancer research.
On Saturday September 20th, we will have our normal 8:30am class but we will be repeating this Lifting For Landon workout in honor of cancer awareness month!
We will share a few various organizations that you can donate to if you so choose (but zero pressure) as the date gets closer.
All levels / abilities are welcome!
