join us for a special family yoga class where kids (ages 5-10) and their caregivers can connect, move, and unwind together! through playful yoga poses, mindfulness activities, breathing exercises, songs, and games, families will have the chance to grow stronger, relax, and bond in a fun and supportive space.
this class is designed to help both kids and caregivers build mindfulness, strength, and relaxation skills—together! whether you're looking to introduce yoga to your little one or simply enjoy a fun and calming experience as a family, this class is for you.
