Our mission is to bring mindful intention to busy modern lives, balancing the dualities and transformation of light and darkness, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. Our 30-year journey has led us to explore ancient and modern spiritual practices, revealing that the answers lie within.

David brings over 28 years of experience in alternative healing and sound therapy, guiding sound baths and Yoga Nidra meditations to foster relaxation and inner peace. Marit’s healing journey began 16 years ago, embracing a plant-based lifestyle and mindfulness practices to navigate her autoimmune condition. She has combined her passion for heart-opening Cacao and Quantum Energy Healing and she loves creating spaces for others to connect with their true selves and activate their light.
