• Anatomy education using peaches as a visual metaphor
• The importance of lubrication, pacing, and consent
• Nervous-system-informed practices for relaxation
• Tantric breath and presence to support release from the body’s sacred spot
• Somatic awareness practices to soften resistance and cultivate trust

Rooted in Tantric philosophy, this experience emphasizes slowness, breath, and conscious connection honoring pleasure as a sacred and intentional practice.

This workshop is inclusive, trauma-aware, and designed to empower participants with knowledge and embodied tools they can take into their personal practice.
