Start your first full week in September with an evening of intentional rest and reflection under the light of the Full Moon. ✨In this gently guided restorative yoga circle, you’ll be invited to soften, release, and reconnect with your inner truth. With the support of props, calming breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll melt into stillness — no effort, no strain, just deep rest.
🌙 As the Full Moon illuminates the hidden, we’ll hold space for letting go of what no longer serves, making room for clarity, healing, and amplified intentions.
This experience will include:
💫 Deeply supported restorative yoga postures
🕯 Healing ambiance with crystals, candles & moonlight
🌌 Guided meditation for release and renewal

Carrie’s soothing voice and relaxed energy guide clients into a state of inner calm, helping them tap into their inner wisdom. As a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, she specializes in slow flow, restorative, and yin classes, encouraging deep self-connection and positive change through personal exploration.
