Dre (aka Siren Gliss) is a passionate sound healer with over 20 years experience playing the harp. Holding both a bachelor's and master's degree in music performance, she is dedicated to promoting wellness and harmony through the enchanting sounds of the harp. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of sound, Dre creates immersive healing experiences that foster relaxation, balance, and inner peace. Drawing on a blend of traditional healing practices and modern techniques, Dre offers personalized sessions that resonate with each individual's journey. In addition to her live work, Dre produces electronic ambient music that blends harp with atmospheric textures and subtle rhythms, offering a modern extension of her healing practice, with recordings available on all major streaming platforms. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group workshops, she invites participants to explore the soothing vibrations of the harp, facilitating a profound connection to the mind, body, and spirit.
The Celestial Garden Experience:
Step into a softly illuminated inner landscape where earth and sky meet. Celestial Garden is a 90-minute journey designed to gently open the body and attune the mind through movement, breath, and live harp.
We begin with a 45-minute yoga flow inspired by the quiet unfolding of spring. Expect slow, intentional movement, fluid transitions, and grounding shapes that invite you to root down while gradually expanding outward. Breath guides each motion, creating a steady rhythm that mirrors the natural cycles of growth and release.
As the body softens and settles, you’ll transition seamlessly into a 45-minute live harp sound bath. Layers of resonant tones and shimmering textures wash over you, creating a spacious, meditative atmosphere. Subtle cosmic elements weave through the experience, evoking a sense of openness, stillness, and connection beyond the physical.
This is a space to unwind, reset, and reconnect, like lying in a garden beneath a vast, star-filled sky.
