this deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience, using instruments like crystal singing bowls, the ocean drum, and chimes, creates a calming landscape that helps reduce stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance.

this session is a powerful way to unwind, release tension, and cultivate a sense of peace and well-being.

✨ Details:

• Mats, blankets & bolsters provided
• Dress comfortably — you’ll be laying down most of the time
• Bring water, a journal, and anything else for comfort (blanket, pillow, eye cover)
• Doors open at 9:20am & lock at 9:30am to honor the space and all participants
