Join us for an unforgettable Mediterranean-inspired evening with Chef Donnella Pearson from The Meredith House, where incredible food, wine, and purpose come together.
Guests will enjoy a vibrant evening with servers passing around a variety of Mediterranean-inspired appetizers and unlimited wine served throughout the night, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Chef Pearson will lead a live cooking demonstration in Laconiko’s open kitchen, thoughtfully showcasing how she incorporates Laconiko’s olive oils and vinegars into each dish. As she cooks, guests will taste what’s being prepared, learn her techniques and flavor pairings, and experience firsthand how high-quality olive oils elevate any cuisine.
The evening offers a unique opportunity to ask Chef Pearson about her inspirations, watch her detail-oriented approach in action, and connect directly with the artistry behind the food. Twenty percent (20%) of all retail sales will be donated to CASA, making this not only a delicious experience, but a meaningful one.

About Chef Donnella Pearson:
Chef Pearson is an award-winning chef and the owner of Let Them Eat Cake LLC, with over 10 years of experience in fine dining and catering. She has secured first place in several cooking competitions in the DMV area and is passionate about teaching youth the art of cooking.
Known as a local culinary celebrity from The Meredith House, Chef Pearson has expanded her work beyond the venue, bringing her talent into fine dining experiences and bespoke catering throughout the region. Tonight, she is your featured celebrity chef, sharing her creativity, expertise, and love for food through an unforgettable culinary experience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund if you cancel 5 days before the event. Cancellations received no later than 11:59 p.m. ET, five (5) calendar days prior to the event date are eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds within 5 days of the event. Cancellations made after the 5-day cutoff and no-shows are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and final.
Reservation transfers:
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person at no charge up to the event start time. Just email us their name and contact info.
Event changes or cancellation by organizer:
If we postpone or cancel the event, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a new date.
How to cancel:
Email [email protected] with your name and order/confirmation number. Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Force majeure:
In the case of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, venue closure), we reserve the right to reschedule. If you can’t make the new date, you’ll receive a full refund.
