CDPAP In-Person Registration Session with Public Partnerships LLC

Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) is hosting an in-person registration session to assist Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) consumers and personal assistants who reside in Staten Island, NY with the transition to PPL as the statewide fiscal intermediary. PPL staff will walk attendees through the process of registering through PPL@Home and completing all the necessary forms. This session is available only to consumers and personal assistants. 

The in-person registration session informs consumers and personal assistants of all the requirements and steps necessary to transition to PPL as their fiscal intermediary for CDPAP. Existing CDPAP consumers and personal assistants must complete the transition to PPL by March 28th to continue CDPAP services. Consumers and personal assistants new to CDPAP services can register with PPL starting March 1st.
