HLS’s Catalyst Leadership intensive 2-day in-person course aims to discover your strengths and weaknesses and help you chart your roadmap to being an impactful and exemplary leader. More importantly, it helps you understand what makes you tick and how to unblock obstacles in your way.

The course includes:

1. Using 360 feedback, industry-standard personality assessment and HSL-copyrighted framework, participants discover their brand and style of leadership
2. Learn about Imposter Syndrome, double bind and ways to overcome it. Work with other participants to evaluate how it impacts your leadership potential and ways to unblock your progress.
3. Capstone project to conclude that applies your leadership style to real-life scenarios.

Outcomes once you complete the course:

1. You will understand intimately why you do what you do
2. You can now use your strengths to work with individuals of different personalities to achieve positive results
3. You will better articulate how you are better positioned for a new role
