Unemployment Compensation Employer Seminar - Appeals and Hearings

This is the opportunity for you as an employer to meet one of the UC Referees. You will have the opportunity to learn about the different levels of appeals, due process elements, and burden of proof. You will also learn more about appeals hearings and the “do’s and don’ts that should be observed in the appeals process.
