About this Event
Chester County Highway Safety Project and Delaware County Transportation Management Association are excited to announce we are coordinating the 5th Annual Southeastern PA Teen Safe Driving ROADeo, which will be hosted by West Whiteland Township Police Department.
This event is free of charge and open to ALL high school students in Chester and Delaware Counties. Students may bring a parent or teacher chaperone, guidance counselor, school advisor or any group leader to accompany them to the event.
This event aims to keep teens safe on the roadway through education, interaction, and fun. There will be multiple "stations" for teens to rotate through. These stations include :
- Blind Spot Demonstration with a semi-truck
- Drug Recongnition Expert-Impaired & Drugged Driving
- Fatal Vision Goggles
- Mock Traffic Stop-West Whiteland PD
- PennDOT Work Zone
- Teen Driving Family Feud Game
- Trike Relay Station
- Vehicle Service Station
We will have giveaways from Target, Starbucks, McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Amazon, Wawa, and many more.
Top prize: Apple Air Pods
Food and drinks will be provided to everyone in attendance.
