Casting Buffalo is hosting a Headshot Drive-Thru event at Avenir Cine, offering quick, affordable, and professional headshots for actors, performers, crew, and working professionals across Western New York.

Whether you’re updating your casting profiles, refreshing your LinkedIn, or building your portfolio, this is a fast and convenient way to get high-quality professional headshots.

Time: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Each ticket reserves a 15-minute session with one of our professional local photographers.

Each session includes:

• A 15-minute professional headshot session

• One look, no changes,

• A private online gallery of your images

• Your choice of 4 professionally edited final photos

• Professional color grading and minimal retouching

Your photographer will deliver your gallery within 30 business days following the event.

To keep the event running smoothly and ensure everyone receives their full session time:

• Each session is 15 minutes total

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time

Each ticket includes one look only. Due to the short session format, outfit changes are not permitted.

Hair and makeup services will not be provided, so all guests should arrive photo-ready, including wardrobe, grooming, and styling.

Quick posing guidance or minor adjustments may be offered by Casting Buffalo LLC or the photographers, but all consultation and photography must occur within the scheduled 15-minute session.

We recommend arriving fully prepared so you can make the most of your time in front of the camera.

Early Ticket Price:

$99 + serivice fees + tax

Late Ticket Price:

$125 + serivice fees + tax (price increases 5 days before the event)

Spots are limited and sessions are scheduled in 15-minute time blocks, so early booking is strongly recommended.

You will be photographed by one of Buffalo’s talented local photographers:

• Olivia D’Amato

• Kasey Mecca

Photographers will be assigned on a rotating basis to ensure equal session distribution. Guests will not select their photographer.

A 10% discount is available for:

• Casting Buffalo All Access Members

• Military personnel

• Previous clients of our participating photographers

• Photographers will deliver galleries individually after the event.

• Final edited image selections are made from your gallery.

• You must review & agree to all policies and releases at check-out.

Due to the nature of photography services, all sales are final unless otherwise determined by Casting Buffalo on a case-by-case basis.
