You are invited to join us for Carve & Sear: A Rollins Lodge Feast—a one-of-a-kind dining experience that blends a gourmet meal, fine spirits, and an expert demonstration in preparing prime cuts of meat all in the warm and stunning ambiance of the Rollins Mansion’s historic lower-level lodge.
Live Chef Demo
Watch as Chef Jake demonstrates how to French a rack of meat and expertly season and sear a large cut of steak. Gain valuable tips you can use in your own kitchen.
Table-Side Carving
Indulge in succulent cuts of French pork crown roast and Bistecca alla Fiorentina, carved table-side for a truly captivating culinary show.

Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Cocktails and Beverages will be available for purchase. Cashless bar, credit card or digital payment is accepted. No outside food or drink allowed.
