The annual collaboration between Winefest and Ballet Des Moines returns for the third year!
Assemblé is a collaboration between Winefest Des Moines and Ballet Des Moines, offering an intimate celebration of creativity, connection, and the joy of discovery through food, wine, and art. The evening begins with a sparkling wine reception, followed by three delicious courses curated by local chef Aaron Holt of Doolittle Farms, each paired with exceptional wines and interspersed with exclusive performances by Ballet Des Moines.
This year’s Assemblé dinner will feature previews of two premier choreographic works by Tom Mattingly from the upcoming program, See the Music, which celebrates classical music and its translation through dance. Assemblé is the first in a series of events leading up to the world premiere of See the Music, performed at Hoyt Sherman Place on February 28th.
