About this Event
Carpe Diem Arts and Fox Haven Farm invite you to join us for a springtime Sing, Supper and Community Dance on Sunday, August 30, 2026 (squares, circle and line dances, including the Virginia Reel!)--with live music and dance caller--in the lovely Dairy Parlor at Fox Haven Farm near Frederick.
3630 Poffenberger Rd., Jefferson, MD.
Come with friends and family to enjoy a song circle, a walk on the farm, supper and dancing (or just listening to the great music).
Featured will be popular dance caller Kappy Laning and awesome musicians Elke Baker (fiddle) and Paul Oorts (guitar-harp, mandolin, musette accordion). Dances will include squares, circles and line dances--including the popular Virginia Reel!
No need for a partner or prior experience. Welcoming one and all!
TICKETS:
Supper and Dance: $20 adults. $10 children ages 14 and under. Free for babes in arms.
Space is limited! Preregistration is requested to help us plan for food and avoid exceeding capacity in the dance hall.
