In recognition of National Caregivers Month, join JFCS this November for a special series of workshops designed to support, uplift, and empower caregivers.Session III in our series will cover a range of legal issues affecting older adults including important legal documents such as Power of Attorney, Advance Directive, Power of Attorney for Health Care.

Led by: Misty Clark Vantrease. Esq
Misty is a partner at Kentucky ElderLaw, PLLC, and focuses her practice on elder law and estate planning. She understands the demands of being in the sandwich generation and is passionate about helping adult children and their parents create effective plans as they age. Misty is a past chair of the Elder Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Murray State University; her J.D. degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville; and her LLM in Elder Law from Stetson University with High Honors.
