Caregiver Wellness Day

Do you provide unpaid support to someone in your life with short- or long-term illness, injury, or disability? If you do, you are invited to attend this FREE caregiver wellness day designed for people who provide unpaid care to others.

The first Tuesday in April (Tuesday April 7) is known as National Caregiver Day - join, VON, Bethesda, and The Ontario Caregiver Organization, who all provide support to the community of unpaid caregivers.

This Caregiver Wellness Day, is a special in-person event designed just for you. Take a break, relax, and recharge with fun activities, helpful tips, and a chance to connect with others who totally get it. It’s your day to unwind and focus on well-being.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and supported!
