Through body awareness + movement, we use somatic work to come back to ourselves in multiple ways, leaning into an array of tools of embodiment and empowerment. Prioritizing the nervous system, we build on tools of observation and processing, moving through the physical body with intention to experience sensation and emotion, allowing space for dialogue and shifts within the self.
