About this Event
Are you interested in a career dedicated to peace and conflict resolution?
The Peace and Conflict research cluster in the Department of Politics at the University of Liverpool warmly invites you to our joint careers event in partnership with John Moore’s University and Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Our panel brings together leading experts in the field of peace and conflict to provide students an insight into their work and careers. Our panellist have decades of experience working as researchers, in NGOs, as humanitarian workers, activists and within international organisations including the European Union and United Nations.
The panel will cover topics including how to gain relevant experience, getting your first job and the realities of working in a challenging field. There will be a Q&A section as well as the opportunity to network with our speakers.
We welcome all students from UoL, LJMU and LTSM from undergraduate and Masters level to join us. Refreshments provided.
