This FREE Carecrows event is to connect women living with ill health so we can feel less lonely and more supported, because I know firsthand how isolating ill health is.
No matter what your illness is, you are welcome to join!
We will meet at 10:45am outside Regent's Bar & Kitchen in Regent's Park, and set off for a walk at 11am around and through the park. We will end the walk in the same place at roughly 12:30pm.
Dress well for the weather! We'll be going ahead no matter what, unless there is a weather warning.
