Join us for a fun and creative way to manifest your dreams!Find out how to use a Vision Board in your daily life to help you visualize and attain your future goals.
Includes:
-Vision Board Coaching
-Clearing Meditation followed by Reflection and Gratitude Meditation
-All Supplies! (Poster board to take home, Tape, Glue, Scissors,
Magazines, Markers, etc.)
*Feel free to bring in your own images, photos, clip art, magazines, and/or quotes
*Dress comfortably- we will start in meditation on the floor
*Don't forget your water bottle (and snacks if you need!)
