Join Dr. Sandi for a tranquil evening of candlelit Yin yoga.
Our 60-minute weekly class is designed to provide deep relaxation and stress relief. In the serene glow of candlelight, we begin with a grounding meditation to help you unwind from the day. The Yin yoga practice that follows involves holding gentle, passive poses for extended periods, allowing for deep tissue release and increased flexibility. This slow-paced class focuses on calming the mind and rejuvenating the body, creating a peaceful retreat from your busy life.
Beginner-friendly class, all are welcomed.
