Using my beautiful collection of alchemy crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, we’ll move through a meditative journey designed to release tension, calm the mind, and restore balance to your nervous system.

We begin with a grounding meditation to centre you, gently flowing into the tranquil sounds of the alchemy crystal bowls. A sensory experience that invites deep rest, emotional release, and inner stillness.
