I’m so happy to invite you into this beautiful and tranquil space, tucked away in nature. Surrounded by nothing but birdsong. A serene sanctuary that offers the perfect escape from the noise of daily life.

What You Can Expect:
I will guide you through a 75-minute candlelit journey that begins with gentle breathwork and a short meditation. From there, I’ll play a range of soothing instruments — frosted quartz crystal bowls, gentle chimes, twinkling bells, and the beautiful, ethereal crystal harp — all designed to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
How Sound Healing Works:
Sound healing uses specific frequencies to help rebalance areas of stress and tension in the body. At The Sanctuary, this is your chance to pause, breathe, and simply be. Just lie back, close your eyes, and let the gentle sound vibrations wash over you.

Session Details:
I WILL PROVIDE:
-Luxury memory foam base mats to go under your yoga mat.
-Eye masks, if you wish to use one.
Please bring:
✔️ A Yoga mat (to place on top of the memory foam mats I provide)
✔️ Warm blanket & cosy socks (you may feel cooler as your body relaxes)
✔️ Cushion for your head
✔️ Water
✔️ Optional extras: additional pillows or bolsters for support
Please Note:
Sound healing is generally safe, but may not be suitable for those with epilepsy, severe mental health conditions, pacemakers, metal implants, or if you're in the first trimester of pregnancy. If unsure, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.
