Candlelight Yoga Class Mondays @ 7 pm March 30

Come and enjoy a candlelight community yoga class in Tynehead Hall Mondays at 7 pm. Enjoy your body through gentle and mindful movements in the ancient tradition of yoga. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have them. Arrive 10 minutes before class to settle onto your mat. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a blissful night's sleep. Classes every Monday evening March 30, April 6, 13, 20, and 27. Drop in $15 at door or PROMO any 4 Monday evening classes between March 30 and April 27 for $45. Classes held in spacious heritage hall built in 1907, and parking right at the side door. Come and find yourself on your mat.
