Join us for the IDGI Conference 2026, an engaging two-day event bringing together academics, professionals, and industry leaders for networking, knowledge sharing, and meaningful discussions.

This year’s conference theme, “Beyond Content: Empowering Achievement Through Experiential Practice for a Changing World,” highlights the growing importance of experiential learning and innovative teaching practices in preparing students and professionals for an evolving global landscape.

Hosted at Western Community College, this in-person conference will feature insightful presentations, engaging sessions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and experts from across the sector. Whether you are attending to present, learn about new research, or expand your professional network, the IDGI Conference offers a welcoming space for collaboration and innovation.

Presentations are in-person only (no online options available).

5 - 7 minute walk from King George Skytrain station

Underground paid parking is available on site. Please note that no free parking is available, and fees are based on the meter rates. We kindly ask attendees/presenters to cover their own parking fees.

Meter Rates:

1 hour – $5.25

2 hours – $10.00

3 hours – $14.75

Day use (until 6:00 PM maximum) – $19.50

24 hours – $28.50
