We’re excited to invite you and your team to another special community wellness event we’re hosting for our referring dental partners and community.
Sunday, May 3rd

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness – South Surrey
This session will be led by Jasmine, with guided breathwork by Dr. Vishal Sharma.
The focus of the class is simple: reset, reconnect, and recharge. As healthcare providers, we spend our days caring for others — this is an opportunity to invest in your own energy, posture, breathing, and overall well-being.
Dr. Sharma will also briefly touch on the connection between breathing patterns, facial development, airway health, and overall systemic health — tying together the worlds of dentistry, movement, and breath in a practical and accessible way.
Tickets are by donation of any amount. This is to prevent no-shows as we have limited capacity and want to give everyone a chance to attend. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. A wait list will be available for you to register and we will contact you if a spot opens up.
