Candlelight Yoga & Meditation (Wellness Fest 24) by WFY & Cafe Melba

Ever wanted to catch your breath after a long day at work?

Come join us for a gentle candlelight flow under the stars at Cafe Melba, nestled within the heritage arts district at Goodman Arts Centre. Our session begins in the evening, as beginners and seasoned practitioners alike flow to the setting sun, and ground themselves through the breathwork and asana practice deeply rooted in ancient yogic traditions. We end with a guided yoga nidra and meditation practice to draw you towards your present, and support you in your journey to find answers within yourself. Complete the night with a complimentary drink, courtesy of Cafe Melba, and enjoy a special community price at dinner, with 10% off your meal - friends and family welcome too!

Do remember to bring a mat, and a bottle of water - of course if you’d like to flow barefoot on grass, come as you are! See you on the mat!
