What to bring:

Please bring a padded / yoga mat, blanket, pillows, water and anything else needed to make yourself comfortable while lying or sitting down. We also suggest wearing comfortable layered clothing.

Important Info:

Doors open 15 minutes before we begin. Please try to arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and to get settled and comfortable. We will be starting promptly at 7pm.
