Candle Light Hata Yoga + Sound Healing

This practice is designed to gently guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Surrounded by the soft, flickering glow of candles, you’ll move through a series of slow, deliberate Hatha yoga postures, focusing on mindful breathing and alignment. Each pose is held for an extended time, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment and release any tension stored in the body.
