What We’ll Cover:

Over the course of six weekly sessions, we will dive into the real-world challenges of life after a diagnosis:

  • Managing Symptoms: Practical ways to handle "chemo brain," fatigue, pain, and sleep issues.
  • Navigating Emotions: Dealing with the fear of recurrence, stress, and shifting relationships.
  • Healthy Habits: Simple tips for nutrition and gentle exercise that fit your current energy levels.
  • Communication: How to have more effective conversations with your healthcare team and loved ones.
  • Goal Setting: Creating manageable action plans to help you reach your personal wellness goals.
