The West Thunder Community Centre invites all members and the community to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM). It takes place on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7pm. This meeting is an opportunity to review our achievements, discuss future community initiatives, and elect new leadership to our Board of Directors.
We are seeking nominations to fill four (4) upcoming vacancies on the Board of Directors. As a reminder, directors are elected by the membership to serve three-year terms per our by-laws, and current board members are eligible for re-nomination. Nominations are now open for the seats vacated by the following individuals, who have completed their current terms:
Rob Fuchek (Treasurer)
Amanda Moore (Secretary)
Rob Scarcello (Director)
Rick Hird (Director)
If you are interested in serving your community by joining the Board of Directors, please be prepared to participate in the nomination process during the meeting.
All are welcome to attend, but only Members can vote. Memberships will be available prior to the meeting.
