Tickets are now live for our transformative day retreat focused on the Mind + Body Connection, equipping you with the tools you need to navigate stress and anxiety in your everyday life.
🌿 Join us at High Vibe Yoga & Meditation Studio for a day packed with invaluable insight led by LCSW & Therapist Elyce Mandich, Anxiety Coach & Yoga Studio owner Auburn Haney, and Dr. Elizabeth Robledo, L.Ac specializing in acupuncture & TCM-Herbal Medicine.
•Elyce leads an interactive speaking session, sharing insights into the physiological manifestation of stress & anxiety, along with practical tips for immediate
