Come join us for a relaxing and fun session of Mommy and Me yoga at the beautiful Heisler Park. Get ready to stretch, breathe, and be surrounded by nature. No previous yoga experience is necessary, just bring a yoga mat and an open heart. Whether you're a mom, expecting, or just want some relaxation with friends, you are welcome!

• Safe and effective yoga poses designed for mamas (modifications always offered!).
• Baby-friendly environment where little ones can coo, play, or cuddle.
• Supportive community of moms to connect and share experiences.

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing for you and your baby (think nursing-friendly for easy feeding!).
• Snacks, kids toys, etc welcome
• A yoga mat (or a beach towel if you don't have one).
• A water bottle for you and any feeding essentials for your baby.
• An open mind and a desire for self-care!
• Check the weather prior to be as comfy as possible.
• It's sunny, a hat or some sunglasses!

P.S. We are Moms, we know our babies can get hungry, sleepy, start to cry etc, we're here to support you both!

You are more than welcome to join us after yoga and grab coffee or snack at Jedidiah Coffee!
