This gentle, nurturing session is designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life, calm your mind and release built-up stress and tension.
I’ll guide you through conscious breathwork, followed by time to rest, integrate and receive Reiki in a calm and supportive space.

✨ No previous experience needed
✨ Free parking
Please bring a yoga mat and anything you need to feel warm and comfortable while lying down, such as a blanket, cushion or pillow. Chairs are also available if you would prefer to take part seated.
**Important:** Breathwork is not recommended for those with cardiovascular problems, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy or psychosis. If any of these apply to you, or you're unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please contact me before booking.
