- Learn to split and fill you cake with buttercream
- Crumb coat your cake ready for sugarpaste
- Cover your cake with sugarpaste giving your cake a perfect finish
- Learn about the different types of paste and what they are used for
- Make pretty edible decorations to put on your cake
- Decorate your cake with the decorations you have made
- Learn to put a ribbon around your cake and board, learn to tie the perfect bow.
