Join us on Saturday 13th July for our Open Day to launch our NEW Exercise class programme.ALL the below classes are FREE to try on the day, not need to book. Just turn up to join in!

Shapemaster Suite -
Try our Shapemaster Suite for FREE on our open day between 09:00-16:00. Come along, have a tour, induction session to try out the equipment and enjoy a cup of tea & slice of cake!
Join on the day and receive one month FREE membership to try it out for even longer!
FREE Kids Club
Bring your little ones with you between the ages of 5-12 and leave them with us while you enjoy trying one of our new classes!
Between the hours of 11:00 - 15:00
Fun, Games, Arts & Crafts will keep them busy while you enjoy a workout session.
