A ceremony with many elements taking you on an inwards journey, connecting with your heart with ceremonial cacao, body activation with a somatic exercise, rapeh facilitating letting go, surrendering and diving deeper through conscious connected holotropic breathing, empowering and giving the space for insights and allowing the energy to flow more easily with the support of reiki balancing your energy, losing blockages and enabling a more peaceful and harmonious Being.
Kat & Giulia will guide you through ceremonial cacao, breathwork, and sounds in a heart-expanding ceremony helping you to receive, relax, soften, activate n heal. Vanessa will provide REIKI for those who wish to receive this healing energy.
This ceremony allows you to remove old energy, emotions and thoughts that no longer serve you, creating space to receive and explore new ways of being, living in closer alignment with your own truth.

Transcending breathwork follows the holotropic breathwork principles and the magic sauce is a very special music set! It enables releasing your stuck energy and emotions, healing at a mental, physical and spiritual level and often enabling accessing inner insights.
Additionally to the music set, you will experience several sound healing instruments including shamanic drum & REIKI!
Using deep breathing - breathers will have a deep meditative musical journey experiencing:

HOW IT WORKS?
Session lasts around 2.5 hours in total (or slightly longer in case of need of any participant to integrate longer).
It will start with the creation of a safe space, a quick check in of our emotional and physical states, thorough explanation about how it all works- how could it be helpful, what could happen and how to get unstuck from unfruitful states, ground principles, recap of counter-indications, breathing technique and Q&A.
After everyone’s set cozy, you will be guided to best land in breathing with powerful affirmations, followed by a relaxation meditation and then you will start breathing (I will demonstrate and give instructions at this point again) and the specially curated music set will start.
At the end of the set, you will be brought back to our usual hylotropic (usual day to day) state of being with a gentle meditation.
We will finish with a sharing circle and integration tips.
Listening to this dynamic music whilst breath-working will trigger you to process and release emotions, connect to your intuitive and creative impulse and improve health and well-being.
