Join me in the Willow room amid the beautiful gardens at Cockenzie House and Gardens, for a powerful afternoon of healing, relaxation and introspection. Commune with Mama Cacao, heal your heart and harness the power of the New Moon in the New Year to manifest what your Soul desires.
Following two previous successful Cacao events, I am super excited for this session and look forward to welcoming you into this beautiful heart space!
We will connect with the sacred Cacao plant to open the heart chakra as Cacao increases the flow of blood to the heart. Cacao is a heart healer and a gateway to higher consciousness, fuelling inspiration and creativity. Mama cacao spiritually connects to mother earth affectionally known as Pacha mama. Pacha mama and the spirit of water connect to swadhistana (sacral chakra) aiding the release and flow of pent-up emotions. This sacred plant medicine is a powerful tool for the clearing away of emotional blockages held in the heart centre.
We will combine this sacred heart medicine with journaling and powerful guided meditations designed to heal, hear what is in your heart and find your true path.
The New Moon brings powerful energies for new beginnings and manifestation. The darkness of this lunar phase enables us to drop deeply into our inner worlds and seek out our truth. It forms the dark, fertile soil for sowing seeds and setting intentions. As a natural new beginning, the New Moon invites us to focus on what we want to bring into our lives and to reflect on whether this aligns with our values and dreams.
Weather permitting we will also make use of the beautiful outside space for breaks and reflection.
You will:
* Connect and commune with Mama Cacao and connect with your heart centre.
* Connect with your inner child through your heart centre to ascertain your desires in alignment with what is true for you.
• Experience a powerful guided meditation which will take you to Zero Point, enabling you to experience a profound sense of peace, tranquillity and oneness. Accessing this state of being enables creativity and deep connection with the Soul, making it a useful preparation for manifestation. Added to this will be the 432hz frequency known as the God frequency, known for it’s power in creation!
• Learn valuable methods and tools for manifestation.
• Harness the powerful energies of the New Moon as she prepares to rise later today. Receive a unique card, a mantra and ritual to use for manifestation for the following 14 days as she waxes.
• Connect with the beat of the Shamanic Drum and allow your body to talk and express itself through spontaneous movement. This will enable the auric field and the physical body to free itself of any emotions and energies that are now ready to be released.
• The day will conclude with a prayer and meditation for gratitude and grounding.
We will pause to journal and reflect regularly throughout the afternoon.

IMPORTANT - What to bring: Please bring your own special cup for your cacao, a journal and pen, and a small item of meaning to you to place on the alter during the session. You may wish to bring an eye cover for meditations if required. It is also useful to cover your eyes during the drumming and movement, however you can chose not to if you prefer. Yoga mats, large cushions and blankets will all be provided. There will also be chairs available if you are uncomfortable or unable to sit or lie on the floor.
Important Cacao contra indications:
You should not consume cacao if you are taking any MAOI based anti-depressants as cacao naturally contains tyramine which is contraindicative.
Cacao is a vasodilator and is therefore not suitable for anyone with a serious heart condition, low blood pressure or if you are taking any medication to thin blood or lower blood pressure.
If any of the above apply to you, you can still participate and consume a rose tea or other alternative instead. Please advise when booking.
It is not advisable to consume a full dose of Cacao if you may be pregnant or if you are breast feeding. You may however have a much smaller dose, so please advise when booking.
